How much and how often should you use this product?

As dietary supplement for adults, take 1-2 softgel capsules daily. Best taken at night or before bedtime.

Ingredients

Astaxanthin oleoresin, Lycopene dispersion, Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), Safflower oil, Colloidal silicon dioxide, Rosemary extract and Ascorbyl palimate (antioxidants).
